You’ve always heard of models like Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer, Beverly Peele, Gisele Bundchen, Iman and Kate Moss, right? May be many of you opt modeling having been inspired by such models. They are the supermodels, who make their niche in the fashion world. You may find them on the cover pages of top fashion magazines and catalogues. They are the ones who have walked the ramp at top fashion shows.

They have done almost all types of fashion modeling with success. Supermodels are the highest paid models, sometimes as much as 1000 dollars for a single photo shoot. As nothing can be achieved easily, becoming a supermodel is a also a tough climb. Hardly one in million models achieves the supermodel status. Supermodels require a minimum height of 5’9”.

Have you always dreamt of seeing your photographs on the cover page of a magazine? Or imagined promoting different products?  If you love fashion and are confident enough to promote other’s products, modeling would be the right career for you. Modeling is a wide field and hence your appearance, figure or your age doesn’t really matter too much. If you find yourself not suitable for one kind of modeling, you can try for some other type.
